Café Quenino, which translates to ‘little one’ in Malaccan Creole Portuguese, is a vibrant, all-day ode to Orchard Road. The food menu also dazzles, offering inventive takes on classics such as Scallop Otak Dumplings and Chicken Kapitan Curry Pot Pie.
