Client Relationship Manager, Melbourne
What this role is
We are in search of an experienced Client Manager who will be responsible for the Melbourne region in the sales team. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager regarding all sales and market activities in that region. The successful candidate will provide excellent presentation & communication skills plus come equipped with sound understanding on the hospitality and liquor industry. If you have a strong background in the hospitality industry or sales experience and a strong desire to become a part of a dynamic team, you may be the perfect person to fill this position.
This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Your responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Business partner to on & off-trade customers across the Melbourne region to grow sales and distribution metrics.
- Management of Key Accounts and Hospitality Groups in your region
- Delivery of set KPI’s and targets relating to the ecoSPIRITS program in your region
- Build advocacy among the trade for our portfolio of brands via activations, trainings and events
- Maintain and adhere to an effective journey plan and call frequency for your region
- Deliver quality brand building activities in the trade and at events
- Monthly reporting, including data analysis commentary reporting
- Management of customer rebates and claims
- Report to the Field Sales Manager with timely and accurate financial information
- Actively work on self-improvement and personal development
- Uncover new business opportunities and cultivate fantastic trade relationships in the industry
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience in a sales role within Liquor Industry or a FMCG company
- Proven track record of sales results at both account level and group level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of CRM Tool is an added advantage
- Hospitality experience would be seen as an advantage
- Strong understanding of compliance of Liquor Regulations
- Excellent communication is a must, with keen eye for attention to detail
- A desire to work in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
- Current VIC RSA Certificate
- Current VIC Driver’s License
- Represent our company and portfolio brands to a high standard
- Ability to work weekends and after hours at the requirement of business needs
