ASIA PACIFIC, 29 OCTOBER – We are thrilled to announce that Jonathan Price has joined Proof & Company as its new Executive Chairman of the Board. With over 40 years of experience as a seasoned consumer and brand expert, Price brings a wealth of knowledge across international retail businesses, franchising, wholesale and distribution, as well as private equity and venture capital.
Throughout his career, Price has led various business units globally and served on numerous corporate boards. With over 25 years in Asia, Jonathon’s key roles include Consumer Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, overseeing portfolio companies in Japan, Thailand, Myanmar, India, Australia, China, and Indonesia. He also led franchise operations for Marks & Spencer, was Managing Director for Asia Pacific at The Body Shop, and served as Senior Advisor to Lyra Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage consumer startups. His strategic leadership and expertise in navigating multinational operations make him a valuable addition to our Board.
